Currently, CRCI offers three investment opportunities:

1. Private Placement Memorandum

With our private placement Memorandum, investors can buy shares of CRCI.  This spreads risk across nations. In addition  the investor receives a mix of established businesses, such as CRC SA established 2000, new operations, such as CRC In established 2005, and future sites.

2. Host Country Partnerships

One of our two business models involves a formation of corporations in countries where we establish the trial sites.  This is how CRC SA and CRC RO were created in South Africa and
Romania respectively.  We look for local partners who preferably have experience with relevant regulatory agencies and connections to medical professionals.  As per our mission,
CRCI's interests lie in ascending markets, namely:  Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia.

3. Licensing Agreement

This option, the model for CRC India, is meant for individuals or groups who have the capability to establish high quality clinical trial sites independently.  They may choose to contract the services of CRCI in order to receive any or all of the following: enhanced international marketing and development capabilities, GCP ICH training, monitoring services, budget negotiation, trial management and administration, investigator support, legal
consultation and services, and whatever else is needed and/or agreed upon.  Licensees get the rights to the CRC name, and with that the reputation.  We at CRCI work to ensure that our name and reputation remain outstanding amongst patients, peers, sponsors, and associates in the clinical research industry.
